Terracotta is a technique of firing/baking porous clay at high temperatures. Usually, it is left unglazed. However, for a unique look, the fired clay is again baked in flame to acquire a sophisticated, black sheen. The black terracotta art form finds applications in exquisitely handcrafted, sustainable decor and ethical jewellery.
